2.3 RC2 Ultimate Patch Installation

The following is valid only for H-Sphere 2.3 RC2 owners.

To install the patch:

1. Log into your control panel server as root.
2. Download the patch from:
   http://www.psoft.net/shiv/HSUpdate-23/HS23RC2_PATCH2.tgz
3. Unpack the patch:
        tar -zxf HS23RC2_PATCH2.tgz
4. Change dir to where you have unpacked the patch:
        cd HS23RC2_PATCH2
   
5. Type 'make install' to install the patch.
6. Restart Control Panel (see here for instructions).

Note: If you have problems after installing this patch, you can return to the previous state by simply reinstalling 2.3 RC2 upgrade.

How to force disabling Summary Disk Usage for all hosting plans

IMPORTANT:

• follow the instructions below only in case you want to remove Summary Disk Usage as a resource;
• if you want to disable Summary Disk Usage only for certain plans, please use respective plan wizard to exclude it from the plan configuration.

1. Log into your control panel server as cpanel:
   su - cpanel
2. Run the SummaryQuotasUpdate class to add the Summary Disk Usage resource to plans:
   java psoft.hsphere.converter.SummaryQuotasUpdate --disable
3. Login as root and restart H-Sphere.
